All orders ship within 1-2 business days. Every shipment includes $100 of USPS/UPS liability coverage at no additional cost. We do not ship on Sunday all orders will be shipped Monday - Saturday. Please see more details on your selected shipping method below. We cover all shipping costs for our Shadows & Monarchs Edition/Traveler's Edition/Initiation Ritual (Discovery Set) within the U.S.

(Shipping Policy)

We currently ship to the United States, and Canada (mainland). Due to carrier limitations, we currently ship only to select Canadian provinces. All orders are shipped in compliance with Limited Quantity regulations (UN1266, Class 3 Flammable Liquids) and include full customs documentation.

(USPS Ground Advantage – U.S.)

• Complimentary-Insured Delivery: Free for all Shadows & Monarchs Edition/Traveler's Edition/Initiation Ritual (Discovery Set) U.S. only.

• Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage depending on weight and destination.

• Tracking: Every order includes USPS tracking. You can track your shipment here: USPS.com® - USPS Tracking®.

(UPS Standard/Worldwide to Canada)

Canada (Mainland Provinces: ON, QC, BC, AB, MB, SK, NS, NB, PEI)

• Ceremonial Passage Delivery: Shipping to Canada is calculated at checkout. Each order crosses the border as a limited‑batch MxN PERFUME creation, prepared with precision and released only a few times a year.

• Delivery Time: Typically, 3-5 business days depending on the province.

• Sales Tax: Canadian orders are shipped without GST/HST added at checkout. Any import fees, if applied by customs, are outside the control of MxN PERFUME.

• Remote areas may take longer.

(International Shipping Customs)

Clearance & Paying Customs Duties International Orders & Shipping – All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). We ship to the exact address that you entered at the time of your order. The seller is required to clear the goods for export, and the customer (importer) is responsible for effecting customs clearance and paying any customs duties. For international orders with multiple items purchased we reserve the right to hold the order in its entirety until all your ordered items are available to ship out to you at the same time and this is for shipping reliability to reduce shipping costs.
